MEET ALICE

Hi, I’m Alice!

Twenty years across public, private, and non-profit environments means I’ve seen how the same problem looks different depending on who’s describing it.

MY CREATIVE PROCESS

Each project takes shape through research, writing, recording, editing, sound, visuals, and design, all brought together to create thoughtful, immersive work that is distinctly my own.

Light Up Podcast Series

From ancient histories to modern-day mysteries

Through podcasts, articles, videos, and original creative work, I explore how history, culture, technology, language, health, work, and human behaviour connect to shape the world around us.

my professional expedition

More than twenty years of experience across public, private, and non-profit environments exposed me to different industries, technologies, teams, organizational structures, and approaches to solving problems.

Complex problems are rarely isolated.

They are usually connected to larger systems.

An idea to inspiration

What began as a way to help friends learn English gradually evolved into something much larger.

Today, Light Up Podcast Series has become a place where I explore history, communication, technology, health, language, human behaviour, and the systems that quietly shape everyday life.

Every project begins with curiosity and a simple question:

“What is really shaping the outcome?”

THE PERSPECTIVE BEHIND THE WORK

My perspective grew across countries, industries, institutions, technologies, and periods of profound change. Moving through those environments taught me to look beyond the visible problem and examine the systems, histories, and human experiences shaping the outcome.

Over time, I began noticing similar patterns in places that seemed unrelated. Language could determine whether someone was understood. Technology could improve a process while making life harder for the people using it. Institutions could appear functional on paper while exhausting the people inside them.

Those observations shape everything I create. A subject may begin with grapes, tomatoes, artificial intelligence, health, work, or communication, then open into larger questions about culture, power, memory, human behaviour, and everyday life. Research provides the foundation, lived experience reveals the human cost, and storytelling brings the layers together.

Together, they form the map from which I create.

HUMAN SYSTEMS & LIVED WELLNESS

Alongside my professional experience, years of personal recovery taught me how closely health, environment, nervous-system regulation, and human capacity are connected.

Those experiences changed how I understand systems. A process may look efficient on paper yet fail when the people responsible for carrying it cannot function safely or sustainably within the conditions surrounding them.

Lasting outcomes depend on more than strong structures. They also require attention to human capacity, well-being, and the realities people carry into every workplace, institution, and decision.
